Mahid was absolutely fabulous

Mahid was absolutely fabulous. He happily talked us through the phones we were considering and helped us clarify what was best for us and our needs. He was particularly helpful about pointing out the best airplan deals for our needs and alerting us to the relevant offers. Both my husband and I purchased new iPhones and are extremely happy with what we chose and the service we experienced with Mahid.

Ainsley, never stopped smiling throughout this encounter. He was incredibly helpful understanding his customer (63 year old tech idiot) answering all my questions and ensuring I am coming back to buy two phones. 5 stars

Your branch in Sutton is simply…

Your branch in Sutton is simply fantastic. I was treated with patience and didn't feel any discomfort at all signing 2 new deals for my broadband and sim. 24 months is a long commitment and Shannon was the professional opinion I needed for the best outcome for me! Thanks Shannon.

Helpful staff

Very helpful staff especially Albert, extremely helpful! I was having issues with my mobile data not working, he was able to resolve this issue without any hassle

I popped in to store as had an issue with my phone was greated by a young chap called Albert he was very friendly and went over and beyond to help me was very very satisfied with the service I received I left the store a very happy customer

I had a wonderful experience in the Sutton branch. Ainsley attended to me with a warm smile and talked me through all the plans available. He wa patient and very well spoken . After assessing my needs I could get a good plan that fits my need. All thanks to Ainsley and to the wonderful team.
