An excellent Branch…

We were in Taunton and found this branch of Vodaphone last Saturday
We have struggled to understand the process to safely back up the phone without any loss of data before sending it for repair . Sam approached us quickly addressed our queries and showed us the way forward. Thank you Sam we appreciated yor genuine skill and kindness. We would travel again to Taunton if we needed to buy a new phone , an excellent branch.

Courtney was Very helpful and explained all the options to me clearly. I upgraded my phone easily and quickly. I would be happy to return to the store with any issues knowing they would be sorted.

Went to the Taunton branch to upgrade

Went to the Taunton branch to upgrade, got a great deal on my phone and they transferred all my data great service from Courtney
