I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been facing with your internet service over the last two weeks. I completely understand how frustrating and stressful this must be, especially when you're paying over £180 a month and relying on your connection.

From what you've described, it’s clear that you haven’t received the level of support or urgency you should expect. Long call waits, repeated troubleshooting with no resolution, and a lack of updates are absolutely not the experience we want for our customers, and I sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Two weeks without any internet service is unacceptable, and I appreciate how much this has impacted you—especially with multiple SIMs and contracts registered under your account. You deserve timely communication, meaningful action, and proper accountability from our side.

If you’re still without connection, please reach out to the Technical team again on 0333 304 0191 or via Live Chat here: vodafone.uk/2LCJiTm so they can re-investigate the fault and work toward a fix as soon as possible.

We’ll be able to look into this further, escalate it if needed, and ensure the matter is addressed properly.
