I went into Vodafone because I was having some issues with apps on my phone, a gentleman called Diogo helped me. He was so patient and fixed the problem before I left.

Thank you Harvey! …

From the moment my son and I walked into the shop, Harvey was fantastic. He greeted us with a warm “good morning” and immediately made us feel welcome. He took great care of us throughout, even taking the time to build a lovely rapport with my son, which I really appreciated.

Harvey not only upgraded both my and my daughter’s accounts with a much better deal, but he also set up my son’s very first account—which he was absolutely thrilled about. I usually dread visiting mobile phone shops, but Harvey completely changed that for me.

I would highly recommend seeing him in Tunbridge Wells. Thank you so much, Harvey!

All staff are super helpful

All staff are super helpful. So grateful for a physical presence and on this visit Saff reassured me that everything I needed to do I had done.

Excellent service

I received excellent customer service from Phoebe. She was very helpful,friendly and professional and made my visit to the shop worth. She's definitely an asset to the Tunbridge Wells branch.
