He knew how to help me

Great experience during our visit. Ecem and Auguzt were very patient and kind to take us in right before closing and stayed with us for an hour to get us the best deal. They stayed overtime on a Saturday and were extremely patient and supportive. My wife, 18m old son who was cresting a havoc all around the store, and myself are very thankful to them for such a great experience and service. Fully recommend the store, Ecem ans Auguzt specifically!

Today I attended Waltham Cross Vodafone and was attended to buy Daniel and his manager Raul. I was stress when I arrived as a result of losing my phone.Daniel was able to regulate my stress with his empathy, interpersonal skills with the aid of his manager, both gentle waere able to obtain call my data from my old phone.They had the time the patience with unconditional regards for me. They went the extra mile which is a definition of true excellent service.

I went to Vodafone in Waltham cross they greeted me so nicely and they were so friendly and I was looked after by ela she was a very smiley and friendly person she was so helpful to me . Everyone who also works here is so welcoming and helpful I got a really good offer today and I am so happy with it I will always recommend Vodafone!!

I met with Ecem and Raul at Waltham Cross today, and I can honestly say they are absolute angels. From the moment I arrived, they treated me with such kindness, patience, and professionalism.
I came in feeling quite disorganised and overwhelmed, and I was worried that my situation might be misunderstood. Instead of making me feel rushed or judged, they took the time to listen carefully, reassure me, and patiently work through everything with me. Their compassion and understanding meant more to me than I can put into words.
What touched me the most was that they stayed beyond business hours just to make sure I got the help I needed. That level of dedication is rare, and I will never forget it.
Thank you, Ecem and Raul, for your genuine kindness and for going above and beyond. I truly hope you both continue to excel in your careers because people like you make a real difference in the lives of others.

Vodafone waltham cross is the best. Daniel was very understanding for my phone problems as I am vulnerable and Daniel, Raul and Ecem explained everything really clearly. They helped me every way with my new phone. I am very grateful. They talked me through every stage of the phone so I know what to do. Absolutely excellent. Flying colours for every one of them especially the manager.

Excellent service from ash. Very professional and helpful and polite. Made myself and my son comfortable and had a laugh all at the same time finding the right contract suitable for my son. I’m so glad we made the decision to go to the store in Waltham Cross and deal with sorting out a new contract face to face. Was a great experience made comfortable and relaxing by your very professional staff Ash. Could not praise Ash enough for his service and manors/professionalism, he did not try to push the highest costing phone contract on me as I had asked for a reasonable price contract considering I have been a customer for a very long time and he done exactly as I asked. WELL DONE ASH

Daniel and Ecem really was helpful and patient was with me and helped fix my phone lock scresn issue. I love waltham cross.

Ecem was very helpful in understanding my concerns and she helped me purchase a sim card for my wife. I asked a lot of questions and she answered clearly without getting annoyed. Raul and Daniel were also very friendly and polite.

Ecem was very helpful, she listened to me very carefully and gave me helpful advice to choose the perfect plans for me. I got 3 phones from vodafone today. Raul and Daniel were also very helpful and explained everything to me clearly. This store has very good customer service and genuinely want to listen to the customers and help.

I went to the shop like more than 10 time for the past 3 weeks even I got irritated but Raul didn't he always approached me with a smile and good attitude he went above and beyond to solve my problem and iam thankfull for your service Raul.
