Staff need better training.Waiting time…
Staff need better training.Waiting time to log. Not proper system built in place.
I have to wait 2 times Hadi seles representative to reset his system. It is kind of joke.... Store menager Mem was a bit rough. Most of the staff need customer service training. Very bad communication

Upgrade experience in Walthamstow store.
Served by Christina on 12th March. A very knowledgeable, experienced and charming lady. No hard sell and a smooth upgrade experience. She should be considered for promotion to a more senior role.
