I have been unable to get into my account for nearly two years, after going into the galleries Matty eventually got my account sorted and renewed my broadband; after trying for 45 minutes. Great service from Matty.

Went in with my partner who's contract…
Went in with my partner who's contract had come to an end a while ago to change over to sim only. Having tried at another shop who were wanting loads of info we were not holding much hope. However Kieron had it all sorted within 10 minutes and now I have one happy partner. Cheers Kieron and well done.
