Rush was very kind and patient with my elderly mum who has Parkinson's disease. Great guy, experienced and explained everything very clear for my mum.

Served today in store with my daughter…
Served today in store with my daughter as I dont know much about phones. Was served by Taya and she's was very helpful and took her time to make sure I had the best deal for me and liked the phone as I always put off getting a new one. Grateful for her help today

Not a great experience
I went into the Wellingborough store a few months ago ( I cannot remember the exact date) to see a phone I was interested in person. When I walked in, there was only one person on the shop floor and she was sitting down using her mobile phone. After a few minutes she finally approached me. I wasn’t in the shop for more than half an hour and she mentioned twice that she was assistant store manager (whatever that means in a shop that small) and came across very unbothered and lazy, yet patronising (she spoke to me like I was a child) and spoke incredibly loudly. She was very unprofessional and definitely needs some sales training, as I felt her attitude was “you can buy something now or i’m not interested in talking to you”. Last time I upgraded my phone would have been at least 3 years ago now, I used to see Conner and he was great.

Wellingborough is great
I order a phone in store to be delivered to the shop, the young gentleman found a great plan and got everything set up for me! I couldn't do it myself, he's a life saver!
He was really helpful and incredibly polite.

Top service from bradley
Bradley was very polite, helpful and patient when explaining deals and new upgrades with phones as I'm not tech savvy. Didn't feel rushed or pressured into anything. He's a great asset to your team and would have him serve me again.
