Saffron was amazing as was a different customer. She remained calm, took her time to resolve my mess up . I’m sorry !
Saffron is an asset to Vodafone and you should give her a pay rise !

I went in to store as I don’t like doing it online. You can’t get the guidance and expertise that Raj provides online. Sometimes you need the personal touch to sit down and explain things to you in a way an everyday man will understand

I just wanted to say how great I feel…

I just wanted to say how great I feel after upgrading my phone i was so nervous and Taya just took over and sorted everything. Above and beyond gave 110% customer service .so happy thank you Taya your an asset to Vodafone.
