I had a fantastic experience with GUP at Vodafone in West Bromwich. He explained everything clearly and professionally, and he did a very, very good job. He was patient, helpful, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. If I could, I would give him 10 stars instead of 5! Highly recommended.
