Couldn’t ask for a more helpful sales advisor in the Widnes Vodafone store. Ash saved me money on 2 contracts as I messed up and ordered them on line he fixed it for me and he found me the most amazing deal on both phones. Thankyou so much.

Phone upgrade
Went into widnes store today to get phone upgraded to which I was help by a gentleman Ronald, I get easily confused about deals but Ronald talked me through everything and was very helpful

We came in to the widnes store and spoken to ash , about our bill being higher, ash explained everything in detail and advised us on the roam and got a new deal with roaming on it so we won't get any higher bills again many thanks ash

We visited the widnes shop and was served by Ashley great customer service helpful didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't want . Sorted out a deal for us promptly and made us feel like a valued customer. Thank you Ashley 100% customer service 👍
