I would like to say a big thank you to Tom at Vodafone in Wigan.
I came to the UK from Sri Lanka, and in 2023 I bought my first phone here, an iPhone 14. Because it was my first time buying a phone in the UK, I was a little nervous and unsure about everything.
Tom spoke to me very kindly and patiently. He explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and welcome.
After that, when I wanted to buy my second item, including my Apple Watch, I always went to Tom. Whenever I visit the Vodafone store in Wigan, I look for Tom because I trust him. He always explains everything properly and gives me very good advice and excellent customer service.
Since buying my iPhone 14 in 2023, I have continued to go to Tom whenever I need help or want to buy something from Vodafone. Even today, I am very happy with the service he has given me.
Tom is not only a great member of staff, but he is also a genuinely kind person with a wonderful personality. The way he speaks to customers and treats people is very friendly, respectful, and professional. One of my friends also told me that Tom gives very good customer service.
As someone who came to the UK from overseas, I really appreciate how kindly and respectfully Tom treated me. When I first came to the UK, I was nervous about buying things and understanding everything, but Tom made me feel comfortable and happy.
Thank you so much, Vodafone, and especially Tom, for your excellent service, kindness, and support. Tom is a wonderful person and a very valuable member of the Vodafone team. I really appreciate everything he has done for me

I just wanted to leave a huge thank you to Katie, who was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. She was so attentive, friendly and genuinely went above and beyond to help me with my mobile upgrade.
Nothing was too much trouble, and she helped me leaps and bounds compared to previous experiences with other companies.

Unprofessional
Unprofessional, lack of staff, once I’d purchased the phone the store staff had no interest in resolving issues and basically told me to go to the Apple store in Manchester so they could fix it, store opened later than advertised and staff turning up obviously straight from the gym, lack of corporate management, the Wigan store experience was the ultimate failure in all aspects.
