Today, I visited Wimbledon branch to sort out my roaming data. Sharon (hope I spelled it right) patiently sorted out my data stuff etc and I do appreciate her time and service.

Great service from Alex

Alex helped me choose an iPhone and she was great!Very patient and helpful, she also listened to what sort of phone I needed instead of just selling me the latest model which really appreciated!I also came back the next day as I had some questions which Alex helped with.

Excellent service by Rameez at Wimbledon

I was served by Rameez at the Wimbledon branch. He was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional.

We were getting new phone lines for our daughters and also upgrading our plans. He made the process smooth and painless. Thank you Rameez.

Met Alex for the second time this week…

Met Alex for the second time this week to sort out my sim. She was absolutely amazing, went out of her way to make sure I was getting accurate information, my questions answered and a plan that best suits my need. A great attitude all around!

Lost email access by upgrading to iPhone16 Pro

Having upgraded from an iPhone 8 to an iPhone 16 Pro, I found I was no longer able to access my email from my new phone. I returned to the same store but was met with indifference and no practical help to resolve the problem.
