Expert help with no hassle
Hannah was extremely knowledgeable, very quickly established what I was seeking. Gave me the confidence to update my phone and offered a full service to do the update with no hassle. Great experience with Hannah.
Had a brilliant experience in store with Hannah today. Hannah was helpful and explained the various contracts and entertainment plans I could choose, I left with a plan I was much happier with after switching from a more expensive comparator company! Would return again to Vodafone Winchester for any of my needs.

Very helpful knowledgeable & friendly staff. All were brilliant with helping my questions (I went in 3 times!) and James who ended up sorting my contract was polite, courteous and helpful. Maddie was very helpful with transferring my new phone. I went into the Vodafone to set up a new upgrade in store and Maddie helped me move all my data to my new phone. I appreciate all the help from the Staff in Winchester.

I visited the store to upgrade my phone
I visited the store to upgrade my phone. Having looked at my options online, I was still unsure which phone to select, and needed help. Having discussed it with Maddie I was able to make an informed decision, thanks to her expert and comprehensive advice. Maddie was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Excellent customer service from all the staff. The various options were explained and i was asked relevant questions so they could understand which device and plan would best suit my needs. Also really appreciated the help with transferring the data from previous phone.
