Azlan was a huge help today in helping set up my new phone. He was understanding, efficient and polite and even found a great deal for my husband on his phone contract too!

Great experience updating my contract…
Great experience updating my contract and device with Azlan. He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best price for my contract and even my broadband. He was really friendly, welcoming and proactive in helping us with all we needed. A great asset to the team at Vodafone Witney.

A big hand to Azlan! Sim only deal.
A big thanks to Azlan at the Witney Vodafone store. Not only did he source me a great sim only deal vs. my old contract deal, but he was brilliant with my two year old son too who came with me in store with me (all parents will know how tricky it is to get a toddler to remain settled and entertained for more than two minutes!), but Azlan was fantastic with us both - professionally and suitably entertaining at the same time!

Azlan was extremely helpful and was able to sort out the problems I had with the purchase of a new phone. He was very patient and respectful, and guided me through the process as to how data from my old phone can be transferred to my new phone. He explained everything very clearly and was able to address all my many questions. His relaxed and pleasant manner made me feel valued as a customer.

Dylan was Fantastic
I was having a nightmare trying to transfer my data accross from my old phone to new myself. Dylan helped me and he was super helpful and educated me as well with lots of features i had no idea existed!

Thank you Azlan from the Witney store. I popped in with my elderly father in law to sort out his mobile contract and received a warm and friendly welcome from Azlan - a new member of staff.
