Positive result
Aysha was really friendly and professional. She understood exactly what I was looking for and explained the price plan clearly. I'm not the best 'techy' person, this being my reason for putting off purchasing a new phone for so long, but I needn't have worried as Aysha was informative yet straightforward. I left on a positive note feeling I have the phone and plan I went in for.

Excellent Service
I was seen by Leah who was extremely helpful and informative. I explained that I knew what I wanted but she looked into other offers to give me a better deal. She also checked for a trade in offer, unprompted, which was something I would have asked about if she had not. She explained what needed to happen but also offered to assist in resetting my old phone if I had any difficulties. Overall an extremely pleasant experience.

Leah was phenomenal!
Leah was phenomenal! Came in to the store to upgrade my iPhone, she explained all my options to me, gave me time to sort my thoughts out and process the information, explained any questions I had perfectly and was overall a very lovely girl! She’s a pleasure to be served by & would highly recommend her to anyone! So helpful & I am so grateful.

Great customer service
The store was quite busy but staff were very helpful and kind - they showed care, explained any wait times and tried to see people quickly.
Leah and Sanj helped me today and were lovely, knowledgeable and able to help me quickly.

Outstanding Customer Service That Made the Difference
I went into the Vodafone shop just to pick up a power bank, but ended up upgrading my phone thanks to the excellent service. Leah was friendly, patient, and really helpful, and Sanj was just as great in making the upgrade smooth and stress-free. Brilliant customer service from start to finish by Leah.
