They were all so helpful 10/10 customer service ! Made me feel comfortable and sorted my issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer service

Spoke to Leah on Monday 11th May. She offered me a plan but I couldn't commit due to time. She was polite and very helpful. Returned to the store Friday 15th to be served by Cristina. Hadn't got a clue what she was doing. She was not interested in trying to help or look for the original plan that was offered and was as miserable as sin. We left the store empty handed. Went back today to be greeted by Leah. She went through the plan again, was smiley and very helpful. Came away from the store with new phone and plan in place. Well done Leah for saving the day! Vodafone needs more people like you! Thank you

I purchased my phone from Katie last…

I purchased my phone from Katie last year and due to professionalism and kind nature I went back and she sorted my roaming package out for me and even transferred me from sky to Vodafone for the Internet. She was fantastic really helpful and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and wasn't judgemental. Fantastic sales . I will be going back and look forward to my faster Internet. The girl deserves promotion. Well done Katie.

Excellent customer service from Kye

Both Kye and Jas was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They were both friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and we really appreciated the support and patience shown to us. Vodafone has excellent customer service and we felt valued as customers from start to finish. Highly recommend!
