Great service from friendly and helpful team
I came into the store around 5:30 PM on a weekday to purchase a mobile broadband SIM. The team at the store was very helpful and I left with my SIM before 6 PM. I put the new SIM into a used Vodafone GigaCube router that evening, and the service was up and running before 9 AM the following day, just in time to start work. The connection has been stable all day and I have been getting speeds in excess of 200 Mbps.

Outstanding Customer Service
I recently had a really stressful experience after my phone was stolen, and I went into the Vodafone store in Woolwich hoping to sort out an upgrade. I was honestly overwhelmed and upset, but I was lucky enough to be helped by Junior — and I can’t thank him enough.
From the moment I walked in, Junior went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding of my situation. He helped guide me through the whole process, offered great advice, and made everything feel much more manageable. What really stood out was that he didn’t just help me in the moment — he followed up with calls and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which I really appreciated.
Over the two days it took to get things sorted, Junior was consistent, professional, and genuinely caring. Thanks to him, I was able to get my new phone, and the whole experience was made 100 times easier.
If you ever need help with anything at the Woolwich Vodafone store, I highly recommend speaking to Junior. He’s a great person and delivers excellent customer service. Truly a standout member of the team!
