Came in having some issues with the Vodafone app, Jordan was super helpful and patient, guided me through all the steps I needed to get a new sim contract, and port my current phone number over. He also helped me get a better deal than the one I was looking at.

Came in to store ans spoke to Chalie…

Came in to store ans spoke to Chalie and Colin, they helped me get a new phone deal ans set me up.

Can't thank them enough as i really struggle with all this technology, so glad the team in yate are so helpful.

I have been really impressed by the customer service at the Yate branch. I visited twice recently and on both occasions Lee served me - his service and attention to detail was outstanding. A lovely guy who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you
