Ben has been really great I drowned my phone in a bowl of water and he got me set up with a newer phone and recovered as much data as he could onto my new phone

I lost everything on my phone over…

I lost everything on my phone over night. I came in the store in a panic, as my contacts and photos were lost. Sam managed to get all my info back which I am ever so grateful.

Nothing was too much trouble

Nothing was too much trouble. Steve was very polite and helpful. He fixed my phone and set a great sim deal.

Yen has been wonderful I hate technology but she transferred all my data for me so I didn't have to stress and even showed me briefly how to use the phone

I’ve just chosen a new airtime contract. Trying to make the choice on line with no human involvement was going to be difficult for me.
