Hannah in York is fantastic …
Hannah at the branch in York city centre was fantastic. It was a complex enquiry that demonstrated her vast knowledge. She was patient with an excellent sense of humour. Can’t remember the exact date I came into the branch but just found the QR code and the excellent service remains very memorable

I took out a much cheaper monthly…
I took out a much cheaper monthly contract with Tesco. Trying to get a network unlock code (nuc) from Vodafone is proving impossible. Twice now I have filled in the correct form (send via email so you can't really go wrong) each time an acknowledgement comes back stating: your nuc will be sent at the end of 10 working days. And it's a total rigmarole to speak to someone only for them to tell you: computer says no, you have to start again only to be told it's another 10 days. Frustrated ex customer. Monika Wills

Cleared 2 devices at over £1100 left to pay because I wanted a upgrade . Vodafone Decide to repay loyalty with you can't upgrade. There system uses a full credit check even to upgrade when most mobile companies don't . I appealed and even lodged a formal complaint . No middle ground or compromises made. I have to wait for my credit file to update ...just to upgrade. A upgrade I. Owed as a existing customer. Simply a bad way to do business

Went in to the store and was seen to by Nicola, it was not a run of the mill enquiry but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I found out what was offered, went away and did some further research and came back the next day and she remembered my name and the solution and got me set up extremely quickly. Would recommend her

I have paid Vodafone for years and a…
I have paid Vodafone for years and a shareholder however the service has reduced every year spent this morning on a stupid Web chat the chatting to agent before cur off then send a message to say get back in touch through our useless web chat.
I have 3 locations where I had good service for years london Poole and York
For the last 2 years I have had no Internet pm in york the local shop that doesn't get either tells me too busy. In london and poole this year I keep loosing Internet and things taking 30 min to arrive. Friend sending me pics sat next to me the same. I moved yo Vodafone after BT took over EE as I lost connection in London a block of flats build in front of one transmitter and awaiting a part 2yrs for the 2nd. Now Vodafone as bad overall worse.

Nicola was the customer service lady that helped me today. Thank you so much for all your assistance and time taken when helping me today. I had her running around in circles with all my questions and purchases. She helped me with everything and nothing was too much of an effort for her.
