Why doesnât Vodafone respond to any of these comments? Says it all. There is no point asking them therefore if Vodafone has removed masks around the YO7 area because signal strength is far worse now compared to 10 years ago. Iâm going to switch networks tomorrow unless I hear tonight.

Absolutely shocking, agents don't understand English, onto my fourth complaint. They have been taking money out of my account without authorisation "fraud" I'm going to need a solicitor.
Appalling Vodafone Mobile Coverage in Eridge., Kent
We are Vodafone customers and visited Eridge, Kent recently. We were astonished to find that Vodafone's mobile coverage in the Chartwell, Eridge and Sissininghurst areas was typically 1 or 2 bars strong. Often there was no coverage at all! These are busy, populated areas and Vodafone's mobile coverage was disgraceful and must be holding back these areas.
Absolute crap service
I arranged home broadband with vodafone-a few days before it was due to start I had not had any equipment-I rang to enquire and apparently my order had been cancelled-by who I have no idea-must be their inadequate system.....thanks for letting me know guys....
I spent 90 minutes on the phone with a lady going through all my details,direct debit etc and she confirmed that it had gone through.
A few days before start date no equipment-rang again and was told it had been cancelled again.
Not giving them the opportunity to do this a 3rd time so went to 02 and had no problems at all.
Vodafone are absolute wasters.
Do not recommend.

Purchased a sim only plan March 2023 for my mobile dongle. Service was fine for a while then poor so stopped using the sim in early 2024 but continued to pay as I had been told in a Vodafone shop that I would have to pay the full remainder of the sim plan up front to cancel early. At the end of the contract in March 2025 my 24 months was up so stopped paying. At this point I had paid over £350 for a service I had not used, which as I said above, upon the advice of the person at Vodafone, I accepted. Today, (5/6/25) I received a letter from Vodafone for the first time (that was not them trying to get me to purchase their home broadband) dated 30/5/25 saying I had an outstanding bill of £67.18, which had been sent to a debt collector and would be reported to the CRA on 4/6/25 which had already passed when I got the letter. I called Vodafone immediately, explained the situation and they demanded a payment of £98.32 for 3 months of service that they continued to provide me as they said there was no record of my attempt to end the contract in 2024 or my issues with the poor service. I said to them that I had paid til the end of my contract and then cancelled but they said there was no record and that in order to cancel and avoid further charges I had to pay the almost £100 which I certainly cannot afford. I an raising a formal complaint as I am disgusted by this greed and poor service. I want others to avoid the same experience that I have had. Theyâll happily take your money for a service theyâre not providing. Recon they will still report to the CRA despite holding me to ransom and forcing me to pay something I canât afford. Appalled. Avoid at all costs.

With vodascam from dec 2020 sent me a message how to start new sim pay as u go , three years on offer contract over the phone , less money more data ok , get the sim canât load , nor can son , no PIN number, rung customer service Asian call centre got nowhere, asked IT manager next day to do it ( he couldnât again rung customer service Asian got nowhere ( not if you canât load it cancel contract even though didnât know I had one , no emails messages on my phone , carried on with my pay as u go , a year later a women from a uk centre rings I owe ex amount, told her what happened she said I might be using 2 different sims in 2 different phones ?, anyway got letter after letter sometimes 2 week dept collectors , I have rung & told them at least 5 times what happened, not interested, now solicitor county court , rung him he said donât know why they let it get this far ?, 3 weeks later solicitor letter county court , Iâm still with Vodafone pay as you go , my brother went in to renew contract gave him so called free I pad been paying for 6 years £20 a month for he tried to get his money back never used it , heâs paid in total £1440 , they offered him £140 ? , I donât know about taking me to court I should be taking them for harassment this is still going on now

-100 stars if i could give i would! Been with vodafone for the past 13 years. Made subscriptions for 5 of my family members and cancelled all of them this year! Horrible customer service, they do not understand the basic english language let alone anything else! God forbid you have a problem with them because it will take you weeks to sort it out! They disconnected my phone number completely now. Went from pay monthly to pay as you go but they erased my phone number all together and i have no signal bars, canât make phone calls nor nothing!
eSim failed, bad service
I purchased an eSim on line from Vodafone before going on vacation. I installed it on my phone then attempted to activate it when our vacation started 2 weeks later. It didn't work so I purchased an eSim from Saily that I installed and activated with no problem. When I returned home I asked Vodaphone for a refund. They refused indicating Vodafone only will refund up to 14 days after purchase and only if it has not been activated. However, the problem with their eSIM could only be detected after an attempt was made to activate. My attempts to resolve this with Vodafone's online help were met with incompetence at best, rudeness at worst. There are many eSim providers, I recommend you avoid Vodafone.
