Been using SSD VPS for a while now, and honestly, it just works. The speed is great, and I haven’t had any downtime. The support team is always there when you need them, which is super helpful. If you need reliable hosting without the headache, they’re a solid choice.

VPS.net tech support saved my neck!
Support staff went beyond any normal expectation and was able to restore a server for us after a corrupted OS update. Their willingness to step in to help saved our company many hours of effort to recreate a day's worth of data.

Need to improve sales customer service
I have had an account with VPS for a number of years. Support is super fast and 24/7. I sometimes have difficulty to understand the technical support, due to my lack of technical knowledge. I wish sales were easier to reach. Toll free number not accessible from Canada, not available early EST time and doesn't seem to reply to support tickets (one left 10 months ago was never replied to).
