I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but…
I am not the best on WHM or CPanel but learning thanks to UK2.nets knowledge base but when I contact Support as I have done twice today the response is always fast, friendly and they sort out the issues and importantly show you how they have done it, so always learning.
Have and will continue to recommend UK2.net.

Good service, maybe a little understaffed
It took Amit a while to come online. He was 5 *'s, but it took a while to get there, which suggests that he's taking good care of people, but y'all might be a little light on the staff.
He definitely got right on the problem and sorted it out, with a helpful attitude.

VPS.net continue to let us down
VPS.net continue to let us down. They love to send automated "how did we do" emails to review them, but without any human interaction to solve the problem. They won't reply to my emails to request to speak to a human, they simply ignore. I predict they will reply to this review to make it look like their service is good, but the email address they provided last time I never got a response from. Don't fall for it.

Excellent support, advice and response time regarding our server's security and instructions on how to patch and check it afterwards for vulnerabilities.
