They billed me twice
They billed me twice and the live chat told me to make a ticket and now I have to wait for the ticket people to respond. I dont even see two vps services on my panel so why would I be billed twice for two different amounts.

Worst VPS hosting. Don't use them.
The worst VPS hosting I have ever used (and I have used and still use a lot).
I registered with themabout 2 years ago and had more then 10 servers with them at some point.
1. Activation took more then 3 days
2. Scaling up and down didn't work so had to work with support a lot to make them fix their bugs
3. They constantly disable your account if you don’t login.
4. At some point they said 'ups, we accidently removed a server' so I lost all my VPSs at the time. Luckily I only decided to keep 2 and had backups to migrate the rest to a better hosting because of the #5...
5. A month ago they decided to remove some servers again. This time they sent an email about it. I asked them to help with taking a snapshot and to migrate myVPSs to their new environment.
After not doing it for over a week the deadline for migration was reached and they only said sorry that they didn't do it.
Don't fall into their trap of giv8ng you credits as you will lose more time with them or just run disposable servers that you can afford to lose.
