They don't want to hear from you...
I tried to live chat with them in the morning with questions about their plans. It said you are 2 in the queue. I came back an two hours later, same message. Then I tried again in the afternoon. I used three different browsers thinking maybe the problem was on my end. It's obvious there is no one manning the live chat. They give zero effs about hearing from potential customers. If they can't get chat right, what's their support like? No thank you.
UPDATE: It's hilarious you guys have to rely on responding to unhappy customers on TrustPilot. Would it not be infinitely easier to just make your live chat work? Again, no thank you.

Louis helped me today with server, DNS, email, SPF, and security issues.
He was wonderful! Very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’m am not accustomed to such amazing service from any of our vendors.
Support like that makes me want to tell everybody that vps.net is the place to be.

Let support take the stress out of the situation
Lost access to my hosting account and desperately needed help to regain access. Andrii was extremely helpful and managed to fix the issue quickly and promptly. I've only had positive experiences with the online chat and each query has been dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
