VPS.net support resolved issue in no time
One of our VPS.net servers couldn't get deleted which is why I needed to ask support to do that for me. They answered below 1 minute waiting time and resolved the issue immediately.

I needed to access our DNS servers to…
I needed to access our DNS servers to install a TrueShield by a third party security service. I submitted a case with VPS.net for instructions to locate the DNS Server. In less than minutes, we had the location and completed our task.
Since Sept 2018, every ticket that we have submitted with VPS.net has been solved with this speed.
We moved our web server from another hosting company in 2018 and have been extremely with our decision to select VPS.net.
I highly recommend VPS.net for web hosting services, for their support and reliability.

More issues in 2 weeks than in 12 years of hosting with vps.net
1. First of all: Not a single issue was solved in 2 weeks! Please check the tickets 1024403, 1024254, 1025035.
2. Since the imposed IP change, in 2 weeks I've had more crashes than in 12 yr of hosting! Same settings, same iptables (which I had to change now, to protect the server as much as possible)
3. 2 weeks of DDOS attacks... at last, I see that Sunday at 6:25 you've change smth and stopped the udp flood
4. Ticket 1024403 - you closed yesterday this ticket, but console is still not functional, I've opened that ticket 2 weeks ago
5. Ticket 1025035 - the control.vps.net is not accessible through a mobile phone, I've tried 3 phones (iPhone 12 pro max, old Samsung note 8 and another newer samsung phone), on different networks, different settings, cache cleared etc. All die with "too many redirects".
