Quick Response Time
Needed to clear up billing after changing credit cards, and only waited a couple minutes for online chat. Everything cleared up quickly, and the website is also easy to navigate!

Leave you data.. You'll get no service or customer support.
This company makes you leave your data and confirm your credit card... then they do not give you access to the platform. its a waste of time.
Customer service is unavailable unless they choose to confirm your account.
Platform is bland and dissapointing. I would not put any importnant load on their cloud.
Please. Dont even try to sign in on the premise that you will get free cloud credits.. Wont happen! Do not leave your data to this company and just go with cloud provider you can rely on.
VPS.net is the worst cloud infrastructure provider I've seen to date.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Calling them is also impossible as they are unreachable. Tried the sales department via the chat function and I'm speaking with "Jay Rose" that doesn't answer to me for over 30minutes. Switching companies asap

Great customer service
I was having issues with reinstating my SSL certificates on my website as they were supplied by a third party. Vps very kindly applied two brand new ssl's for free for the next year to help resolve the issue quickly. Much appreciated and just wish more companies could be as helpful.
