The company is gd but their worker Plament is a cheat. He made a separate deal w me to move some items , took a deposit and never showed up. Please beware of Plamen

VP smart removals had been recommended by a friend. I found the whole quotation experience very easy and communication was excellent. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful. The packers arrived slightly early. 3 men set about the work and did the job efficiently and were friendly and helpful. All in all a very good experience and I would highly recommend them.
The second day the removals team arrived on time. 4 men working very efficiently nothing too much trouble and very friendly. Would highly recommend

The team, Jimmy, Plamen and Israel is a very hard worker and professional removal servicemen. My job was lots of extra than I thought which made them longer and harder work, but they are very positive and professional attitude from start to the end. If you are looking for a removal service with competitive prices, this is the company. Highly recommend!

Jimmy and Emo were fantastic - they packed everything up so quickly, transported and then unloaded at the other end! Ana in the office was also super helpful and responsive. Everyone is very friendly and would certainly use again and recommend to others.

We recently moved into our first home and contacting VP smart removals was one of the best things I did.
From the first phone call it was extremely easy and painless. I had a quote within minutes that was very reasonable.
On move in day Jimmy and his colleague were extremely efficient, while moving all our items with care. Even when the team had to deal with parking issues they did not complain a single time.

We couldn't recommend VP Smart Removals highly enough. Every member of the team is friendly, hardworking, and they delivered exactly what they promised they would. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to the many other companies we reached out to, and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them. We did a 5 hour move from London up to the North West. VP Smart Team arrived the day before to load everything up, including disassembling our furniture where necessary (but they only did what they had to, and most stuff was moved out in one piece, which is really helpful on the other side!). They'd previously arranged to send 2 people but after we sent a video of our flat, they sent a third as well - Jeffery Ivo and Jorge were all absolutely great. Where they did disassemble things, they attached all the screws to the item, and made sure they'd be easy to replace, which was particularly important for us as we were moving our things into storage. Jay and Jorge then drove 5 hours the next day to put everything in storage for us, which they did incredibly efficiently, and were really happy to do anything else we needed, such as giving certain things extra wrapping. Anna as a moving consultant was also brilliant, answering all our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner, which really helped reduce the stress of the move. All the 5 star reviews they have are completely deserved - they're a fantastic team.

Super efficient and quick, both loading and unloading all furniture. All done well within the booked time slot despite traffic and other unpredictable external factors, while also taking good care of each piece of furniture. Great service all around.

We had our house packed and moved by VP Smart Removals and they were excellent. Every one of the crew were polite, careful and efficient. The office staff were exceptionally patient as I regularly changed dates as our various house moves fell through. We have unpacked about 80% of our belongings and so far not 1 glass has been broken.

Dangerous people, Go elsewhere and get a fixed quote. These characters worked so slow that i paid double in excess hours.Over £1000 for a 5 mile trip on a 2 bed flat. When i disputed, i was abused and had to call the Police. Go to a decent firm and get a fixed price.

The process prior to the moving day was straightforward and instructive. On the day, the movers were lovely and efficient, and despite encountering difficulties - the lift at the destination address wasn't working - they continued on and remained friendly and positive throughout. Very impressed with everyone involved, and with the level of transparency on pricing.
