We opted for 2 days removing service of 2 bedroom fully furnished flat. The service provided was superb! Nicolay's team came in early in the morning, carefully packed all the items, including very fragile once. Nothing was damaged or broken in the process, everything was handled with great care! They even managed to disassemble and put back together our large wardrobe, which barely fit into the new flat. On the second day, we had 2 teams working for over 12 hours straight. They worked quick, communicated well and really put effort to make our move as smooth as possible. For both days, they managed to find parking spots at both addresses, even though I could not provide them with the official parking spaces. Highly recommend!

Very helpful gentlemen who were not fazed by having to go to two different addresses across London to pick up numerous boxes and pieces of furniture to deliver to my son in Ealing. Paying by an hourly rate we were not stressed when it took longer than expected, due to London traffic. And that hourly rate was MORE THAN fair! I would thoroughly recommend.

Helpful, responsive, professional and thorough. We were extremely impressed by VP Smart who moved us from a full 4-bed house to our new house nearby.
The packing team and the moving team worked really hard and communicated well throughout. Moving is stressful but the team were confident they would move everything in time (including a piano and precious china) and they did. We have no hesitation in recommending VP Smart.

Moved from a 2 bed to a 3 bed house with all packing included in 1 day. Faultless service from receiving a quote to the end of the move day. The 3 men worked tirelessly all day, and with a sense of humour. They also thought outside the box (so to speak) when the bed wouldn’t fit up the stairs! Highly recommend.

We recently moved from London to Wales and VP Smart Removals carried out the 3-day, long distance move for us.
Their charges were very reasonable and their service was excellent from start to finish.
We found the company very easy to work with and the whole process was straightforward.
Everyone we engaged with in the company was professional and reassuring when we had worries.
They treated all our belongings with respect.
Gabriella answered all my questions patiently and was not phased at all when we had to keep changing the move date. "Please, keep us updated and everything will be fine."
We were especially impressed that they did not expect to charge for "waiting hours" but were content to work around potential delays from the estate agents and solicitors.
The team, led by Nas, who actually carried out the move, were punctual, incredibly hard-working and always cheerful, even when they were obviously tired at the end of a long day.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have had the pleasure of hiring VP Smart Removals twice during my numerous moves, and I am left with a great impression every time. The workers are honest, kind, very careful with your belongings and put a lot of thought into how your things are organized. With VP dealing with my personal belongings, I always felt calm, which is an amazing feeling during a stressful process such as moving. All my belongings arrived in the exact same condition. Additionally the staff is very understanding when it comes to unforeseen circumstances, very humane and comforting.
