The team at VP smart removals were brilliant; with attentive and well organised back-office admin, very friendly and accommodating to my specific needs.

The crew turned up on time, were incredibly friendly guys, careful with my possessions, helpful with advice on the best way to dismantle heavy furniture and truly helped me move in, rather than simply delivering my things. I can't recommend them enough. Certainly the best moving experience I've had.

Great removals service. Had a slight issue with the bill afterwards but was swiftly rectified. Lina was super helpful, and the guys who did the move were on time, very respectful (e.g. asking about taking shoes off in the house). Would recommend and will look to use again

Though the movers were friendly, I would not suggest the company. We had an issue with one of them falling ill and he couldn’t move half the items. That led to the move taking twice as long as expected. After telling the company they refused to reduce the cost in a very unprofessional and rude manner, and stopped replying to emails. Better options out there.

I contacted removal companies in March when we were about move house. I chose VP Smart Removals because Lina responded to my query very quickly, answered all my questions competently and offered a reasonable price. Then our sale fell through and we have finally only moved this week. VP Smart Removals honoured their quotation and carried out the move as agreed despite the 9 month delay.
I was unable to be at the house for the move due to the virus but the VP Smart Removals team arrived as promised and took the time to pack everything with enormous care.
Our house contents have gone into storage and the VP Smart Removals team unpacked everything into the storage unit, taking care to keep everything away from the walls, leave an access path between items and store sensitive items on racks.
I would recommend VP Smart Removals for your move.

I chose VP Smart Removals after a lot of research - and so glad I did. They were punctual, polite, friendly and extremely helpful and careful with both my boxes and furniture and both buildings.
They broke down and perfectly re-assembled some very large Ikea furniture - even having to break a wall TV cabinet right down which they then assembled, not only correctly, but correcting a mistake I had made in the original assembly!.
Great service and great price - I very highly recommend them.
