Far and away the best experience I've ever had with movers. The two men who came were professional, efficient and friendly (and strong!). I can't emphasize the friendliness enough; most movers I've had seemed annoyed when I asked questions or had more stuff than expected. In this case, we weren't quite done packing when they arrived, and they helpfully worked around us as we finished. They didn't balk at being asked to move large pieces, dismantle furniture or rush us when we weren't sure where we wanted things on arrival. They even helped us move some of the furniture already in the new place around. In part, I think this is because (unlike many movers) they charge a flat (and reasonable!) hourly rate, so there's none of this "our estimate was for X items" stuff. I really can't recommned them enough!

They turned up late. Damaged my furniture during assembly and then claimed they weren't covered under insurance. Dreadful!

Movers were on time, efficient and friendly. Would definitely hire again

The guys moved me from isleworth to Shropshire, it was a very smooth experience. They worked so hard loading up, had a long and difficult drive in torrential rain with little visibility in places, and yet arrived cheerful and ready to unload. Really polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I can’t rate highly enough,

We just had the best experience with the team. Jeffrey and George were so helpful and efficient. They did an excellent job for us!! We really enjoyed our move thanks to them. They just took the stress out of moving for us. We also have a little one who was in bed by the time we arrived. (He came earlier with the nanny) and they were so mindful of that and made sure to keep noise to a minimum so that he slept. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommended!!

Probably the best moving experience you could have. The team packed up our 4 bed townhouse last Sunday. They turned up on time, were really polite and worked harder than I've probably seen anyone work in my life. On Monday they turned up at 8am (on time) stripped the whole house down and loaded it by midday. It was incredible to watch, this included taking apart 4 beds and numerous amounts of furniture down a 3 storey house. The packing was immaculate, nothing broke, nothing went missing, nothing got dirty. At the new house they again worked harder than I've ever seen anyone before and were all finished just before 5pm. It was incredible. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Clear pricing. Crew that came and packed and moved were professional and great to be around. Our new house had wardrobes that needed to be moved from one room to another but they couldn’t move without taking apart, which they happily did and the reassembled in the right room. The whole crew worked hard the whole 2 days and made moving so much easier

Cannot fault the service at all. From arranging the move with Gabriella to the move itself with Viktor and Slav, everything was friendly, professional and of the highest standard. Moving a full lorry-load of furniture and other belongings from London to Gloucestershire, picking up from two locations. VP Smart Removals arrived on time, with two helpful removers to make light of the work. They assembled a bed that would have been irksome to do myself.
