VWFS Rent-a-Car - Birmingham レビュー 

I rented a VW Tiguan for a week, and while the car was amazing—spacious, comfortable, and full of great features—I had a couple of hiccups at first. I couldn’t figure out how to open the petrol cap or turn on the Lane Assist feature. I called the Birmingham branch, and they sorted it out for me in less than five minutes! The staff are super helpful and patient. After that, the car was a dream to drive. Definitely recommend both the Tiguan and the fantastic service at VWFS Rent-a-Car!

The service that I received from this company has been terrible. I had booked a 7 seater car via booking.com and paid the full amount beforehand. When I had arrived, the customer service was so appalling to the point where I was not even offered a seat. I had to stand around the whole time I was there, waiting to be served. Eventually when I was served, I was told that the car that I had booked was not available. When questioned why, they could not give me a straight answer and kept going around in circles and asking if I wanted a different car. Eventually they had told me that the tyre needed changing on the car and that this would not be done until tomorrow. This caused me such hassle as I needed this 7 seater car and even made arrangements to get to the unit. I had booked a taxi to the unit which I had paid for and due to the situation, I had to then book a taxi back home. I was offered an alternative 5 seater which was useless as I required a 7 seater. They were not able to solve the situation and caused me a lot of problems.

Friendly service and a good selection of vehicles. The pick up and drop off process was smooth and would be happy to hire from the team again. My only other feedback is that a full-to-full fuel policy would be preferred, it's just easier for the new customer who perhaps doesn't know the area. Invariably vehicles are returned with more fuel than when they were collected. Thanks.

Easy process to rent a car. Short wait time when picking up a car. Smooth and quick return. The car was great, comfortable and an excellent drive. Reasonable cost of the rental, and it helps that the payment card does not have to be of the main driver.
