I recently had the pleasure of renting a vehicle from VW and couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Thanks to their outstanding speed and customer service, the process was seamless and efficient from start to finish.

Upon arrival at the rental location, I was greeted warmly by Raheel, who promptly assisted me with the rental procedures. His professionalism and friendliness immediately put me at ease. Despite a busy period, Raheel expedited the paperwork efficiently, ensuring minimal wait time.

This marks my third time renting from VW, all because of Raheel's exceptional customer service. His attentiveness and dedication have made me a loyal customer, and I'll undoubtedly choose them for my future rental needs.

I have been renting from VWFS Rent-a-Car Birmingham for few years now and I must say that this is my favourite company to have a rental from. Reliable cars, helpful staff and policy isn’t overwhelming too. Everything is pretty much straight forward.
Will definitely come back.

Needed to hire a car whilst my own car went into the garage. VW were competitively priced with clear terms and no hidden charges. The car was new and immaculate. What stood out for me though was the excellent service i received from Raheel and Yas who were a pleasure to deal with

The best car rental company, in addition to that, the wonderful service, especially Brother Raheel, the rental official, and I am a regular customer of this company.

The whole process was smooth and the car was in good condition as well. We rented a Polo automatic and it was nice to drive. It was our third time to rent a car from VWFS Birmingham and Raheel was really helpful. Ask for him whenever you go in to rent a car, and he will help a lot! 5 star is what they deserve in total. However, I wish they could manage to open some hours on Sundays as well which can be absolutely amazing. Even 3 hours on Sundays, can be really effective and improves the quality of the service.

We had a fantastic experience, Staff was extremely helpful with our two separate bookings.

I Started using this company in October. I have now rented a number of times from them. Staff have always been polite, courteous and very helpful. When there was a fault with the car they quickly looked at it got me a replacement sorted.
The deposit is always back into my bank quickly after the end of the rental period.
I would recommend them to anyone needing to hire a car.

Your local branch have failed to contact me to offer a discount on my next car rental.
I would obviously had prefered a discount on the existing rental agreement.

Two years loyal to Volkswagen Rent A Car in Birmingham, and it's a testament to their excellence! Rented an almost brand-new VW Golf – impeccable condition. Mr. Raheel and team are the absolute best – not just in business but also super friendly. Always our first choice. Recommending to everyone! Can't beat the service. Really nice staff and lovely cars to hire would definitely recommend to friends and family. Also came down with Covid so they collected the car knowing I couldn’t drop it off

I rented a car for three days, initially paying around 100 pounds. However, upon returning the car, I was charged an additional 50 pounds without any explanation. Despite emailing them about the discrepancy, they acknowledged the mistake but failed to refund the entire deposit. Subsequent emails yielded no resolution (Received Emails and Correct Amount on 20/12/23).

Now, let's talk the condition of the car. It reeked of smoke, and there was rubbish inside, giving the impression that proper vehicle maintenance was not being carried out. Furthermore, I received alarms for low tire pressure and oil level during my trip, causing considerable anxiety.

While I understand they may be competitively priced compared to other car hiring companies, the subpar condition of the vehicle and the unresolved billing issue have left me dissatisfied. I would gladly pay more for better service and will not be considering this company for future rentals.

Very professional and elegant, also made me comfortable. The service was absolutely fantastic. I am a coffee person so I know when a coffee is 5 start. I am delighted to have had good quality coffee provided by the lady, sorry but can’t remember the name.
