Claire is fantastic to deal with. Nothing is a problem that she can’t solve. I phone before I leave Australia and it’s all ready to go when I turn up in Cramlington. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I found renting a car through this branch an absolute breeze, from start to finish, the staff were so polite and very helpful, they explained everything, I would whole heartedly recommend this service to anyone looking to hire a vehicle. 5 star 🌟 service. Thank you Skoda.

The whole experience, from start to finish, was so easy and hassle-free. They put the customer, and their needs, at the centre of things, which, from my experience, is in contrast to most other car rental companies.

Very straightforward booking the car on line, then when picking the car up from Pulman Skoda Cramlington the service was excellent, a very pleasant experience so will be definitely renting a car from this location again, also the rental cost was very competitive with no hidden extras all in all 5 star service.

Having found myself in need of a rental car for a few weeks until my new car was ready, I was shocked by the sheer cost involved. Fortunately I happened upon VWFS and hired a brand new Octavia from them at a great price, with no fuss and first class customer service from Claire. I had no idea Skoda did car hire but I'm so pleased I found out! After being left stuck in a bit of a situation with my personal car I googled local car hire. After being quoted £197 for 24 hours car hire from a very well known national company, I was quoted £55 at VWFS for a brand new Octavia with all the bells and whistles. Claire made the whole process very enjoyable and easy. I will definitely be back again if I find myself in need of another rental and I would definitely reccomend others to try here in future before trying other big name car hire businesses. Absolute superstars!

Claire and her team keep me on the road, no matter what the weather… I travel for work, the vehicle needed a service but as always, time is short!

Booked in, I arrived at 2pm as planned, greeted with a brilliant cuppa (thanks), then sat in their waiting area working on my laptop using the complimentary WiFi… Then a rather nice coffee…

An hour later and the vehicle was returned; fully serviced AND valeted inside and out! Absolute superstars… I can’t work without a vehicle, so they really are lifesavers!

Really the only car rental company worth looking at in the area. Claire and all the staff are always super friendly and professional. We rent a car every time we visit my Dad and the cars are always perfect and we’ve never had a single problem. Highly Recommended!

Based inside the Skoda Dealership, this was the best van rental price I received and was met with polite and professional service and a modern, comfortable van which was more than adequate for the moving of some furniture. Would not hesitate to recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car to friends and family and will definitely be using in future.
