I've used VWFS in Cramlington before, so didn't hesitate to go back to them. They are reliable and efficient, but above all else Claire is absolutely amazing! Her level of customer care is the best I've ever experienced within the car hire industry.

Hire cars from Claire a few times each year, always the best service.Cars are always spot on. Never go anywhere else.

We hired a Skoda Kodiaq for three days and were overjoyed with the expert service provided by Claire. Everything we needed to know was explained thoroughly and in a warm, friendly manner. The car was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely use this service again.

Rented a car for a week to explore Northumberland, and Claire and the team at Skoda provided an excellent experience. Helpful, friendly, reasonably priced, and convenient. The car was perfect too, for what I needed and wanted. Will definitely recommend and use again when I return in the fall!!!

What a fantastic experiance! I needed a hire car (Cramlington branch) whilst my own was being repaired with no confirmed duration. The team set me up, allowed me to extend the hire and bring it back sooner than expected when the repair work on my own car was done. It was easy, no fuss and Claire was excellent at keeping me informed and helping to manage the booking. The team also reminded me to add to my hire to my tyne tunnel account. Having had so many other poor experiances with service lately this was such a refreshing change. Oh - and the car was excellent too (clean, excellent condition and perfect for what I needed). Will recomment to everyone and 100% use again, thank you!

Hired a Skoda from VWFS, it was a nice car, no mileage limit, good quality, very friendly and helpful staff. No problems, will use again. Much better than Enterprise car hire.

Great customer service- went above and beyond after I crashed my car and your me the best price in the county on a car for 3 weeks. Allowed me to get to work and get on with life so I can't thank them enough and always easy to contact. Not pushy about anything or rivals. I live in Alnwick but works recommend using this car rental if you need a car for holiday etc.

Hired a 7 seat Kodiaq to go down to London and were looked after by Claire who sorted everything out for us. Good price, good experience. Won't be going anywhere else if we need something similar. The car was really nice to drive and pretty frugal for such a big petrol car. Excellent!!

Excellent service from Cramlington Skoda. Dealt with by Claire who couldnt have been more helpful. Rented a Skoda Kodiaq 7 seater for the weekend. Very competative price which we couldn't better with any other local companies.

Claire at Cramlington was extremely helpful making the rental experience so much easier and cheaper too than using one of the discount companies. We got the vehicle we booked not a vehicle allegedly in the same class, there were no additional charges like insurance or additional excess, and the whole process was smooth and simple. VWFS is definitely my go to car rental agency!!
