VWFS Rent-a-Car - Liverpool レビュー

Can’t fault Megan helped with anything that was needed will always refer friends and family

Had a Skoda Kodiaq to go to London the other day and couldn’t fault it. The service provided by Megan was second to none. Very professional and friendly. Had issues with traffic in the way back so was late returning the car, called up and she was very understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured in anyway so we had a safe steady trip home instead of trying to rush. I will 100% be using these again and would highly recommend! Deposit was returned the next day after processing, overall exceptional service and great experience. See you soon!

I honestly can’t recommend Megan, the Rental Manager at Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool, highly enough.

I’ve had a rental car for the past 6 weeks, and throughout the whole process Megan has gone above and beyond to help me. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she has always been incredibly helpful, approachable, quick responding and professional.

What really stands out is that she genuinely cares about her customers. She has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to make things easier for me, kept me informed, and dealt with everything with such patience and kindness.

After 6 weeks, I can honestly say that having Megan there has made such a difference to what could otherwise have been a very stressful situation.

Johnson Volkswagen Liverpool are incredibly lucky to have someone like her representing them. Megan deserves every single one of these 5 stars! 🌟

Thank you for everything, Megan, you’ve been absolutely brilliant! ❤️

Having used VWFS for their car and van hire, I cannot recommend them enough.

Megan in Liverpool is always professional and courteous, shows the vehicle and makes sure it has enough fuel to be able to start any journey with.

I always return vehicles wishing I could keep them for longer.

The commercial team in Speke have also been amazing. Liam and Sean have helped rent vans suitable for my needs on a number of occasions and same as the cars, I don't ever want to return the vans.

Megan was amazing from start to finish
I had to leave my car in a garage not far away with no idea how long it would be.
Megan arranged for a hire car and reassured me that I would be able to use it as long as I needed it.
I kept in touch with Megan regularly, to give her an update, I had the car for over 2 months in the end!

The help from Megan was amazing from start to finish. Megan really made the whole experience easy. Cant recommend highly enough

Megan has been great from the start. She’s always been friendly, easy to talk to, and really helpful. Every time I’ve had a question or needed anything, she’s got back to me quickly and made sure everything was sorted. You can tell she genuinely cares about looking after her customers, which makes the whole experience so much easier.

It’s customer service like this that keeps me coming back to Volkswagen for my car rentals. Having someone like Megan who goes the extra mile makes a big difference, and it’s something you don’t come across that often these days. Thanks again for all your help, Megan!

Once again very happy with my experience of this company. Staff were fantastic, process was easy and car was just what I needed for my holiday. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car

2nd time renting from hear Great rental experience car was great and just like to say thanks to Megan for her help overall 5star from me will definitely use again Chris

From start to finish we dealt with Megan from Car Rental who offered us a professional, friendly service. She made the whole process seamless and fuss-free. Hope you deal with you soon again!

I first enquired about renting a car from an online page elsewhere, when I was recommended by a friend to check the main dealership of VW as they have very competitive rates.
When I enquired, I was met with a lovely girl called Megan who was very nice and polite and informative. She was patient with my questions and super accommodating as we had just travelled a long way to the uk from overseas.
She has a wonderful warm and welcoming personality and I would recommend her specifically, and VW rentals to anyone who is considering, and we will be contacting her again without question in the future!! Wonderful asset to the team, thank you!

very easy to book online - when I picked the car up all the paperwork had been done by Megan. Straight to the car explained how everything worked and I was away would use again

Absolutely excellent, fantastic customer service will definitely use again.

Megan (Liverpool site) is as helpful and professional as ever.
Always happy to help with the right vehicle when needed... highly recommended.

Great service. No messing about during pick up or drop off. Cars always in good condition and the car you book is the car you get. Highly recommend!

I would definitely really recommend this company. Megan was really helpful and sorted a car for me at very short notice and at a decent price. She answered my emails promptly and made the whole experience stress free. The hire car I received was good quality and well looked after by the company.

Great quality cars at affordable prices compared to most rental companies. I would like to give a huge shout to Megan, she's been fantastic and very helpful as I was having to extend my rental period at short notice. I highly recommend VWFS

I had a requirement for a vehicle at very late notice. Other rental companies couldn't offer me anything straight away. Meg was very quick to find out my needs and got me a vehicle quickly at a great price!

Great price for the quality vehicle we hired. But the biggest praise has to go to Megan, I was hiring the vehicle as I was attending a funeral, Megan helped me do the checks before the day and even came in early so I could collect vehicle as early as possible which took a lot of stress away from an already stressful day.

I couldn't praise enough, thank you Megan

VWFS Rent-A-Car Liverpool I found very professional and helpful. Megan the representative was amazing and I would certainly recommend utilising their vehicles if you ever require a rental vehicle.
