As a regular customer I was a bit worried when Sami left that service might suffer, but Megan went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly for a rental at a difficult time.

Rented a car from VWFS for a few days. Spoke with Megan on email just before Christmas and she had everything sorted out for me for the start of January. Can't fault Megan on her customer service. She was quick to respond to emails and answered any questions I had. Very helpful and easy to book.

The process was butter smooth. The representative Megan was lineant for all the documents required, there was no waiting for any step in the procedure. I got the in under 15 minutes and got the deposit back as a whole, no unnecessary charges. The rent prices are affordable yet the car was clean and tidy. No hassles with the process or the car. Great customer service. Appreciate it. Gonna rent in the same place whenever needed.

This was the first time that I have ever rented a car and I had a great experience. I was taking my family on a day out so needed a bigger car. The staff member Sammy was so helpful. She walked through all the car controls for me. She even helped me to transfer all my stuff from my own car to the rental car. I had picnic hampers and child car seats to transfer which would have taken me a few trips. She arranged for someone to pull the car out for me so that I could drive it away with ease. I was really pleased with the price after being quoted a lot more from other car rental services. After returning the car, my holding deposit was transferred back to my bank account within a couple of days. I could not have asked for anything more.

Fantastic customer experience again, staff at service desk fantastic, upgraded my vehicle due to an error on their side - the upgrade was brilliant. A very happy customer.

Samia who seems to be in charge at the rental desk is unbelievably lovely and is a treat to deal with, Very easy going and helpful.

After a stressful day of my car being in and out of the garage, I found myself needing a rental car for a week. I thought oh no more stress, until I found Rent a Car Liverpool! Alls I can say is what an amazing experience.. from the booking to collection and everything in between. I was apprehensive to rent a car as i had never done it before but i was assisted by Samia who made sure the whole experience was easy and stress free.
