The car was clean and practically brand new.
The only slight negatives, the satnav and carplay options were not enabled. Also, I booked the car to 8:30 but it was available at 9:30.

Very helpful staff. The lady at reception who served us was really helpful, friendly and approachable. We hired a car on Saturday and we were able to drop it off on a Sunday which is great as many rental companies are closed on a Sunday. I highly recommend VEFS rent a car

It was great! A fantastic experience that calmed a stressful time. Delivery, cheesiest prices in the city, returned a day early and refunded, and most of all, dealt with a lively lady. It was a pleasure. I can't recommend enough and will always be my first choice when hiring a car. Thankyou!!!

So much better than your normal car rental office. Part of a large vw dealership, relaxed and friendly. Couldn't be more helpful and totally recommended - thanks to the team.

Although not much communication pre-rental, the price was excellent, and the welcome in the showroom was warm and relaxed (not what I’m used to when renting a car!). Paperwork was straightforward as they weren’t trying to sell you extras, as all the insurance is included. The car I booked wasn’t available (due to a last minute puncture), so I was upgraded without any fuss to a bigger car. As it was a hot day, they’d even rolled down the windows to cool it down a bit. This thoughtful touch seemed all part of the service. If ever I need a rental car in Stoke, this place will be top of my list without any doubt!

I unexpectedly found myself needing to hire a car. Having never done this before and suffer with severe anxiety, I wasn't looking forward To doing this at all. I received admirable and phenomenal service from Emma, she had real understanding of my circumstances. Emma made my whole experience of booking a car a pain and stress free one. I went away with my hire car feeling very happy, the car in fact was remarkable. Emma is outstanding at a job will definitely be using the service again, I might even look at vw car in the future I was that impressed.

We have never rented a car but we needed a bigger for Christmas. I can happily say I won’t go anywhere else in the Future, we booked online, the prices were great and when we got there Emma was so helpful and friendly. We got offered refreshments on arrival and the process was so efficient and smooth. The car was brilliant and Emma went through everything before we left and helped us connect our phones.
