Placed an order and was notified early this morning item on way, then changed to delayed delivery since 10:30 this morning. No explanation from with Walmart or door dash.
Called customer service as well as store where item is coming from. Long wait times on hold, disconnections, and taking no responsibility from either one via chat. Pathetic,

Ordered what I thought was Lego and was Actully from Ali express, the picture displayed was “Lego” brand” and once it came the box was ruined and horrible quality.

The absolute worst platform for buying and even WORSE for selling. They have no idea what they're doing. Worst experience ever.

Once an lndian becomes the manager of a walmart in GTA, they only hire lndians in entry-level jobs. They automatically reject other people's applications. I am disheartened by the corrupted company Walmart Canada has become.

They only delivered half of what I ordered and all get is the run around your customer service sucks

GREED! we are almost 70 and have to really watch spending. We buy Roman Ricotta Lasagna for under $8.00 for quite a while. We can see raising the price a bit however when you gouge customers with your greed and all of a sudden this small portion is marked almost 3x the price to $18.00 plus! it's unbelievable 😳 🙄 we won't buy it anymore. I'd give you a 0 rate if I could. Shame in you.

They always know where various items are and show me with a smile on.

Inefficient delivery and customer service for furniture needs! Customer service is rude and inefficient, unable to provide timeline or eta for delivery! Do not recommend.

Unacceptable website search. Searched "can wet dog food" and first two items are dry kibbles.

Very disappointing experience with Walmart.ca!

I tried using an old gift card I've had for years to place an order. The order initially went through, but later it was cancelled and my account was closed with no valid explanation. Customer service was useless - they just repeated the same generic message from the email and couldn't provide any reason or help. Now I am unable to use the money on my gift card.

Je prenais la livraison Walmart et jusqu'à 2 semaines j'étais très satisfaite mais ca à vite changer. Suite à une erreur technique, je ne peux plus commander sur le site web et donc me faire livrer.

J'ai fait le clavardage et envoyé un mail à l'adresse demandée et depuis 2 semaines (presque 3), je recois tous les 2-3 jours le même mail automatique, la résolution du problème prend plus de temps que prévu. J'ai appelé également le service client et rien ne change.
Aucune solution proposée en attendant alors qu'il en existe. Vraiment decevant, aucun retour et j'ai payé pour l'année. Mon conseil, ne prenez pas la livraison Walmart. Si vous avez un problème pour passer commande, aucune aide.

Walmart.ca will not let me create a account via my e-mail. I only have a landline phone and they won't give the option of checking out as a guest. Shopping at walmart.ca is over.

I've really come to appreciate WalMart for the incredible reach they have in sourcing products you would not expect to find in one of their brick and mortar stores. Their pricing is consistently competitive.
Their online experience could use some improvement. Even simple tasks like trying to alter or delete a subscription order can be challenging.
Overall though, an outstanding retailer.

I recently offered a review that I've needed to take back. I said I didn't receive something in my order. But I didn't get through all bags. I am sorry I hope I didn't affect your job.

But if I had gotten through the bags.., I could have said the condition of my bread was not good because of a quick decision when a bag broke in his trunk...

walmart.ca no longer allows me too purchase as a guest when checking out. This sucks. I will no longer buying anything online from walmart.ca again!

I want to return article, only possible via carrier not in store.
After receiving confirmation of the pickup, this company canceled five times for different reasons. I contacted seven different people to reschedule, and each had a different excuse.
Walmart made it impossible to return the article. Si I cannot have my refund.

Les deux dernières commandes sont arrivé chez nous tous cassés, innutilisables. Gros problèmes de livraison, ils vont vous rembourser, mais c'est un paquets de problèmes. Ce que je n'ai pas de besoin. Pour moi, c'est fini.

J' ai encore reçu une livraison incorrecte. J' ai tenue compte de la date de livraison (j' en avais besoin rapidement) avant de le commander pour l'apporter à mon fils hospitalise .Resultat j' ai payé avec cette fausse information...Tout ce qu' il m'ont dit c' est "juste" de déplacer à la succursale pour avoir un remboursement....
