I had an excellent experience working with W&P during my registration process. I called W&P at a critical time, and the person I spoke to was lovely Emma. From start to finish, she was incredibly calm, patient, and attentive, making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. Her friendly demeanour and willingness to answer all my questions gave me confidence that I was in good hands. Her approachability and genuine desire to help made all the difference. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure I understood each step, always on the other end, ready to assist without hesitation. When I thank her, she mentions she is being paid to do it, but this is more than doing her job- she was dedicated and patient in today's fast-paced environment. Her support was why we could easily and confidently complete our registration (gaining approval). I wholeheartedly recommend W&P to anyone needing guidance through the CQC process (from the initial process before submitting our application, to the interview and after)—your experience will be as positive as mine!

Excellent Service and High-Quality Policies and Procedures! I recently worked with W&P for policies and procedures for my care at-home/ housing support services (Domiciliary) organisation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. The process was seamless—they took the time to understand our specific needs and tailored their approach to ensure the policies were compliant with The care inspectorate standards but also aligned with our company culture. The documents they delivered were clear, comprehensive, and easy to implement.
They were always available to answer questions and made revisions promptly whenever needed. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service.

The only downside is some of their legislation is English and not Scottish which we had to correct ourselves.

Lorna provided an excellent training session today about CQC inspections and what to expect. The opportunity was given throughout the training to ask questions that were answered well. I found this session very informative, helpful and have made copious notes to follow up on.

very well presented, clear and to the point

I attended the Compliance and the CQC New Approach to Inspection webinar on 13 November 2024. The presenter, Lorna's style of presentation was very good. Her presentation was simple to understand to enable the participants to implement the requirements under the single assessment framework. This is my second time I have attended this training and I recommend it to all social care providers. The knowledge is priceless!
