I had my back and front dormer roofs replaced previously by a cowboy who caused a lot of damage throughout my house which led me having to get the work redone. I checked out Warrington Roofing who had very good reviews so decided to go with them. I made the decision to have pitched roofs for the back and front. Rob came out and explained everything that would be done and the costing. We set a date for the work to start, the scaffolding was erected and the work started the next day. The 4 guys arrived on time every day and got to work straight away. They worked very hard throughout in the extremely cold weather conditions and Steve and Andy explained everything at each stage. They cleaned up the mess every day before they left. It took about 4 weeks to finish the job. The guys were very friendly and polite. I was very happy with the work they had done.
I decided to get my conservatory roof done the following year in October 2024. I did not check out any other companies as Warrington Roofing did a great job and I had no hesitation in using them again. Steve did the work on his own and again he did a superb job.

I would just like to say when we had to make a decision to who would renew our roof? Me and my husband definitely made to right choice to go with Dylan and his team, also including scaffolding team/skip hire everything was organised to a T’ open communication. I will definitely be recommending (WARRINGTON ROOFING)

Warrington Roofing replaced a whole flat roof, it has always leaked. At first they came out and patched up but have now stopped responding to me and the leaks have caused damage to my property.

Some good, some not so good. We accepted Warrington Roofing’s quote to replace the lead lining on our bay window, and replace all the gutters, facia boards and soffits, even though it was by far the most expensive quote. We wanted to be sure of a good job and were persuaded by all the positive reviews. At first we were pleased with the job, The bay window roof was good, but several weeks later when the scaffolding was finally removed (after several polite requests) we could see that the joints with our neighbours were out of line, with the rear joint particularly ugly. Two representatives came late one afternoon in November to assess rectification work, but declared they had now stopped roofing work for the winter months, so it would be 2024. In the heavy rains which came in May the new guttering collapsed sending water from our neighbour’s and our roofs cascading over our bay window and flooding the front garden. The gutters were put back into place three days later, but the ugly joints would have to be a separate job. We were given a date of 24th May, no one turned up and no explanation, we are currently looking for someone else to sort out the mess.

The team fitted dry verges to three apexes of the house and the front porch in just two days. High quality work, super clean as they worked and really professional. I had received quotes from other businesses but Dylan was professional and honest about what was needed. Cannot recommend enough.

I have used this company before to do 2 jobs on my house (1) the staff who did both jobs are 5* (2) the workmanship of staff 5* (3) the materials 5*.
When i asked them to do an other job for me out of town they said yes no problem,told them what we wanted they sent a quote thats when problem started,I rang up to say a misunderstanding between us both and asked for a new quote,over 4 weeks ago plus 3 phone messages to owner Robert,never had the courtesy to even acknowlege the email or the 3 phone messages to say sorry or i dont want the job.
This is from an existing customer i will still give the firm 5* due to his GREAT staff but the owner robert 0* as you have let your firm down in my eyes.

The guys had a really difficult job, undoing the appalling work done by a cowboy roofer and re-doing the work in a professional manner to a very high standard. Everything about the company and the employees gave me confidence that I had chosen the right company. Great communication, explaining what was being done every step of the way and leaving me with a roof that is how it should be. Can't recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from first contact with Dylan for quotation through to completion. Was advised of the price and once accepted a date was agreed to start the work. We were promptly advised of the date the scaffolding would be erected, when the skip would be delivered and also the tiles. The lads were great, polite, introduced themselves when they arrived, explained what they would be doing daily, worked hard and left the area very clean and tidy each day. Photographs were taken as the work progressed and sent through to us on completion of the work. The scaffolding and skip were collected promptly.
Before work started we had changed our mind about the tiles we’d chosen and they were more than happy to advise about the make of tiles and their weight we currently had on the roof and the weight of the tiles we wanted to change to and the quote was adjusted accordingly.
Would highly recommend this company.
If only all property repair services were this good!

We have a fairly old roof and Dylan and the team (Ollie and Lewis) were able to repair it cost effectively and promptly - without any drama or excessive delays. The scaffolding requirement actually changed during the job, and Dylan passed on the savings.

George and Joe arrive at the agreed time and did everything required of them, when completed they showed photographs of the works done and explained their methods in detail. They were very professional in everything and left the work area clean and tidy.

Cleared moss from roof by hand. Treated with moss killer to prevent growth.Cleared all gutters and removed all debris. A very professional job by George who is a lovely lad and a real hard worker. Excellent job. Thanks

Repair to a major leak in my roof. Two lovely young men came to do the work. Unfortunately the original repair didn't quite sort the leak out. The worry here of course is that you've paid the money and that they won't return. But the response to my phone call was immediate and they returned within a few days to sort the problem out. Which they did.

Warrington Roofing recently repaired our extension roof and some faulty gutters which were installed by a sub-std local company a couple of years ago.
The repairs were completed in a timely, clean and professional manner as well as a few other little jobs which the team were happy to do!

Could not recommend Dylan and the team enough. Communication was excellent, nothing was too much. They were very professional and the work was done to a high standard. They arrived when they said and got on with the job and were incredibly cheerful and helpful. It was a noisy job (removal of the roof and its replacement) but their antics where so entertaining it didn’t matter. We enjoyed the week it took for the roof to be done, which I never expected! So pleased we have asked them to come back and do the half roof at the back.
