I was experiencing damp walls and Dylan said the valley needed replacing. Oli took pictures before the work was carried out, it was in a real sorry state. He was very polite and got on with the job. I was very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company.

After phoning Warrington roofing about a leaking flat roof.Dylan came around within a couple of days. The quote he gave was reasonable. The workmen were very polite and came at the time they had said. They showed my husband all of the work that was carried out, before and after.

Warrington Roofing have just done a wonderful job of replacing the rear dormer roof on my house. I gained much confidence from Dylan's inspection visit as he told me that if the weather was bad on the date booked, they would postpone until the weather was good because of the materials used. I really like the fact that you are provided with photos of the roof as it appears at the first inspection before work is discussed, a quotation accepted and work started. Their workmanship is fantastic and their work ethic is superb!! Day 1 - three roofers (Dylan, George & Luke), 6.5 hours on the roof working solidly, no lunch break and would not even stop for a brew. Day 2 and 3 - George & Luke for about 1.5 - 2 hours both days. I saw a lot of company pride in the fact that they all wear a recognisable uniform and arrive in spotlessly clean business vehicles which display numerous ways of contacting them. All three were so friendly, courteous and respectful. Communication was prompt, clear and concise. I was provided with more photos and video which show the progress of the work up to completion. They work meticulously and clean up thoroughly (though they don't make much mess in the first place!). I found Warrington Roofing by searching for excellent roofing reviews in Warrington. Having experienced their work, it's clear why they pick up so many reviews from delighted customers like me. What had seemed to me like a huge job was dealt with smoothly, skilfully and professionally. As another reviewer said, they are craftsmen. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I called Warrington Roofing as I had a leak, Dylan came around promptly and told me I needed my valley’s replacing. The quotation was reasonable. Within a week the scaffolding was erected and the work was carried out satisfactorily.The lads Ollie and Joe were superb, very polite and tidy, the work was completed within 2 days. What a great company, I would recommend Warrington Roofing to everyone. Craftsman!!! Thank you lads!!!

Initially really impressed with the booking in process and then turning up at the agreed date and time. However the quote was ridiculous so I asked for a revised version to exclude a small part of the work, then waited in vain 2 weeks for a response. Chased it up today to be told that that job was too small for them to do, so I can only assume they took a punt overpricing me and when I queried it they have moved onto the next potential customer. Seems to be a lot of this with tradespeople right now, it’s definitely a sellers market but this will turn round in time….and those who’ve operated in a sensible way will no doubt survive the longest.

Thanks to Dylan and George for their work on our roof. We think it is good quality work, we received excellent communication at all stages, friendly customer service and they worked efficiently and in a very considerate way.

We have had 2 separate jobs completed over the last few months and are having one more done shortly, as we trust them to complete it well and on time.

Fibre glass roof installed with 20yr warranty in 2015, the roofer has been back a number of times since to fix leaks. November 2020 water dripping in kitchen again. Robert called and said its a summer job, I complained about the Flashing, the temp repairs flaking, no abutment trims fitted and no expansion gap, roof drain hole is to small 25mm dia. I should have been advised about drain channel being prone to leakages. Not heard from them since.

Having had some vertical tiling work done previously by Warrington Roofing I had no hesitation in asking Rob for a quotation for renewal of my garage flat roof and installation of a dry ridge system to the roof of my home.
Rob's quotation was clear, precise as to the work to be carried out and was readily acceptable to me.
I was very much impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship of his team and by their good natured approach to the work which was finished in good time.
I have no hesitation in recommending Warrington Roofing and will use them again if necessary.

Rob and his team did an excellent full roof replacement on my detached large bungalow. They retained the original features including tiling over an arched front door. The finish of using rosemary tiles is quality workmanship. They also did soffits and gutters. Everyone who has seen the job has commented on how good it looks. I would recommend this company and if anyone wanted to see the work they are welcome. Quality friendly professional reliable workers who started on time.

The Warrington Roofing team were bang on time and for a December roofing job worked quickly and efficiently in sometimes inclement weather to carry out the work required. The team were friendly and did a very neat and great job on the issues that they were fixing for us. Would very much recommend.

Superb full roof renewal done on our bungalow.
Everything went smoothly from the skip arriving and scaffolding put up to completion of the roof.
The team are the most professional and hard working that we have come across for a long time and polite too.
Job done in timescale quoted and no mess left at the end of it.
Would definitely use again and have no problem recommending to family and friends.

Warrington Roofing were a pleasure to deal with, from the initial visit by Rob to assess the work and give a quote, to the day my new roof was completed, which looks fab !
Dylan, Niall and Olly are an asset to the Company. They were polite, hard- working and punctual (infact, invariably early). They cleaned up after each day's work and even helped me carry my shopping in from the car one morning, when it was pouring down !
Warrington Roofing and Warrington Scaffolding are a family concern, who work efficiently together to ensure the job runs smoothly with no delays.
