It was great to use for competitions, but it isn't clear how to cancel. Once I got hold of an email address it was straightforward, but they definitely need to provide a clear, easy way to cancel on their website.

I signed up for what was supposed to be a one time free month offer. Never ever agreed to a recurring subscription, but I was still billed for a monthly plan.

The worst part? There is no way to cancel the subscription. I’ve tried everything, and the option simply does not exist. This feels deceptive and unfair to customers.

No company should make it this hard to unsubscribe or force people into payments they didn’t authorize. I am extremely disappointed and strongly advise others to be careful before signing up.

Use for instagram giveaways. Easier that other services and works every time.

Been testing an AI agent for our Google/Meta accounts, here's what I found. WASK recently added this AI Agent thing for ad management, so I wanted to see if it actually helps or if it’s just another “AI” feature slapped onto a dashboard. So far, it’s been useful mostly for catching stuff I’d normally have to check manually: budget shifts, underperforming creatives, targeting issues, keyword problems, and general campaign optimization suggestions. It’s definitely not something I’d blindly let run everything on its own, but as a second pair of eyes for Google and Meta campaigns, it makes sense. Especially if you’re a small team or solo marketer and don’t want to spend half your day digging through campaign data.Not a magic button, but pretty practical for reducing manual checks. To fully evaluate it, I will try it for at least another month and then write my review again.

Thank you to Yunus for taking care of us and making sure we got our refund for canceling our subscription when we discovered that it was better to use a different Wask tool.

I emailed because I couldn’t cancel my subscription without contacting support, which is already a terrible business practice.

After telling them exactly how deceptive I found their cancellation process, they responded by offering me a refund only if I left them a 5 star Trustpilot review.

The irony is astounding. I had just explained why I thought their business practices were unethical, and they immediately followed it up with something even worse.

I wouldn’t trust a single 5 star review this company has.

I was unable to cancel my subscription through the WASK dashboard because there was no clear online cancellation option available. Instead, I had to contact their support team just to cancel a plan, which already felt ridiculous for a paid software subscription.

WASK replied and confirmed that my subscription had been added to their cancellation list, that it would be cancelled before the next billing date, and that no further charges would be made.

Despite that written confirmation, I was charged again.

I then had to dispute the payment with my bank and block the merchant to prevent further charges. This is completely unacceptable. If a company confirms in writing that no further charges will be made, charging the customer again afterwards is a serious failure.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend WASK. The cancellation process is poor, the billing experience was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to be careful before signing up.

I set up a subscription however needed to cancel for the time being. I could not find a way to unsubscribe online so I reached out to customer service who replied quickly and helped me cancel my subscription. Thank you.

They're locking help center behind a pay wall, although this may not be illegal but it's still very rude to lock user from accessing the help center without paying.

Absolute heinous practices. Did not notice my the “one” time payment is actually a monthly subscription with no help AT ALL. No one helps not even bs emails they send will do ANYTHING and I’m left with my **** in my hand left to keep paying. Worst decision of my life was to mention this to a friend. Sorry for anyone else dealing with this illegal malpractice.

You can't cancel your subscription unless you give them your credit card info and pay them....you have to PAY. TO CANCEL. YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. HOW. CAN ANYONE MANAGE TO DO SOMETHING AS EVIL AS THAT?

Oh and here's the kicker, going to the help center--- IT'S PAYWALLED. A HELP CENTER IS PAYWALLED!!!! I would make jokes but.....this is just sad.

Shocking service, Cancelled my trial after being led to believe it would give access to specific services but did not. Upon cancelation i was still being charged which my bank will be chasing up.

Has anyone else experienced suspicious results with the WASK Facebook Giveaway tool?

We ran a giveaway with ~5,700 comments and tested the random picker 200+ times before announcing a winner.

The strange part:
only around 50 unique users kept getting selected repeatedly, while thousands of other participants never appeared at all.

I understand multiple comments may increase chances, but statistically this feels very abnormal.

Now I’m wondering:

Does WASK actually scan all Facebook comments?
Is there a Facebook API limitation?
Or is the randomization system flawed?

Would appreciate hearing if others had similar experiences with WASK giveaways.

There’s no way to cancel your subscription on the website. That’s a giant red flag - the jus keep billing you

I have been using this app for a while, I do recommend that especially for who wants to improve their social media.

Didnt understand what to do, how to do. Support was not sufficient and gave me good reasons to understand and use the wask.
