I ordered a dozen sherry glasses from this company. They were advertized at a very reasonable price. Next thing I knew - they showed up just as described. Well packed and in perfect condition.

I bought an 8" saute pan. It is an excellent quality tri-ply pan that fits my purposes exactly. The price was fantastic (no fancy brand name). So I am one happy customer.

Searched online for a bushel basket and it was difficult to just order a single one. Also, they were pretty pricey. However, Wasserstrom had exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and I was able to just order one.
It arrived quickly and as pictured.

I've been looking for these terrific, small, fluted, glass condiment bowls for several years and could never find them. These are exactly like the ones we had at home when I was young. You can use them for just about anything, they're almost indestructible and go with everything. I ordered a whole case because they're also great for use at parties. You can't go wrong with either the product or Wasserstrom as the seller. A must have!

Just needed a couple new pasta baskets for the shop. Online ordering was quick and easy, the product was easy to find.

When they arrived, however, the box I received was not what I had ordered. I ended up getting some first-aid supplies.

It took all of ten minutes on the phone to solve the problem. They allowed me to keep the first-aid supplies, and had the pasta baskets shipped to me in two days.

Couldn't be happier.

Wasserstrom has a great selection and their prices are competitive. Ordering process was easy and items were shipped promptly. One glass was broken during shipping. That item was credited back in one brief phone call. Have ordered from them in the past and will again in the future.

I found this website by happenstance and Wasserstrom always has the best prices! Depending on where the supplies come from can depend on how fast you receive your products. But they are durable! And, I did not receive a part of my order once upon a time; they were quick to send me another product no questions asked! So please check out Wasserstrom; you can't go wrong!

What DIDN'T go wrong with this purchase?? Misleading description item, thought I was buying degreaser in spray bottles...turned out the bottles were empty.!! Took six weeks to get delivery because they left of the Suite number of my building. After several weeks and several emails, I sent the shipping info again and the STILL left off the suite number. The shipper said they'd called me and got no response, but there was never a message left on my voice mail, and I am a one-man office and NO ONE but me answers or checks messages, so I know they didn't call, and I hate being lied to. I would NEVER order anything from this company again, even if my life depended on it...!!

I needed some parts for kitchen shelving. The price was as expected, delivery time as promised, not particularly fast. The website was super easy to use, far exceeding my expectations!

I am very pleased with the two milk bottles and caps that I bought. Will need more in the future. (also more caps) I am elderly and have a hard time pouring out of those big gallon jugs. Husband pours milk into bottles for me. I really love them. Thank you

I had ordered an item it arrived within 2 days but I had ordered the wrong size. I returned it and was given a full refund with in 2 days. I will always use this firm from now on for any thing i need Best service ever. Well done.

I ordered the wheel kit for my Rubbermaid highchair. It was a chore to drag it around without wheels especially if there was a child in it. I ordered and received (in a timely manner) my wheel kit. It was easy to install and it has made things SO much easier now. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

terrible never received my merchandise

Oh my goodness, this is the hardest fryer to clean I have ever owned. I will never buy another like this. I am actually going to contact the company and find out if I am doing something wrong. IT is almost impossible to clean this thing. Never Again!!
