I like to cook with the best equipment and Wasserstrom helps me get the best for reasonable prices and reasonable shipping costs. My last order included two boxes of crystal Collins glasses which were expertly packed. The entire order arrived promptly and safely.

Good overall experience ordering products from Wasserstrom. Great selection of products and anytime I have emailed customer service about a product, they respond in a timely manor. The only issue I have found is some of the items are not packaged properly and the boxes arrive to my house almost opened. I think they could do a better job of selecting boxes and padding the items being shipped to eliminate this.

For cut proof gloves these guys really know how to exceed the customer's expectations. Good price, quick shipping and easy to use web site.

Got the hard-to-find part I needed and the price was great. Shipped on time. But I hate having to pay more for shipping than the actual item. Ugh.

I have ordered glassware and china for my B&B, and have been very satisfied with both orders. The products were delivered promptly and each item was intact. The products were of good quality, exactly as specified online, and reasonably priced.

Ordered 21 oz Schooner Glasses and arrived within 3 days. Wow, I was really impressed. There were some glasses that were damaged when I received them but I called Wasserstrom customer service and they are sending replacements immediately. No hassle at all. I would definitely use Wasserstrom again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Delivery was a little slow, replacement flatware pattern was a match although the weight was slightly lighter, pricing was consistent with others. all in all am pleased and would visit site again

The quality of paper is being inconsistant. I have received with some marks on papel, folded not nicely. The material of papel was not the same as always.

I ordered a Dutch Oven as a gift. The rest of the order came in fine but the kettle was missing and the lid came in bent at the rim. I called customer service. They were prompt and polite and my package arrived in just a few days but the kettle appeared to have been used. The finish on the outside was thin and spotty and the inside of the pot was scuffed. I am disgusted and have purchased a different Dutch oven elsewhere.

It should always be this easy to buy online. The products were well described and well illustrated. There were no surprises and no gimmicks, and that's just what I was looking for.

Ordered 12 dishes dishes for close to $400.00 and they were delivered cracked and shattered. It took at over a week to get follow up with several calls and e mails. The dishes were wrapped in plastic and did not appear to have any protection between plates. Dishes still in box and if I try to pick them out of box all I hear is crunch crunch. I was told they would get back to me and they did not. Felt like i was being avoided until one person seemed to listen to me. I took pictures as requested and emailed to company. Said I would get refunded within 4-5 days. It is now over a week and I have not heard from them or seen a credit to my credit card.

The cake boxes were shipped in flimsy plastic wrap which was torn in transit. Several boxes were damaged.

fast shipping and great customer service. If they can provide more affordable shipping cost (like USPS) to Hawaii, that'd be perfect.
