I've been a WebHostingPad.com customer for many years. What first attracted me was price, and while their price is still an excellent value, what keeps me there is their customer service and support. Their support personnel are always prompt, professional, patient, and accurate, whether working on a support ticket, a chat, or a phone call. Their directions are clear, and often include screen shots along with written help.
I recently consolidated three hosting plans into a single account to both save money and time. I know very little about how my websites actually work and what is needed to make them function, and the people who helped me with this never made me feel like I didn't know things I should have known. They answered my questions thoroughly and politely. I am glad to know they have employees like them, and I'm glad to recommend WebHostingPad to others.

Webhostingpad has got to be one of the worst hosting companies. I say this with sadness as they are an American company (Pretty sure). They have decent pricing and that is the lure that brings people in. Their support is unhelpful and rude. They brag about 99% uptime but I had endless sites down all the time, I would contact them and they were completely unaware until I pointed it out, you would think they had alerts set up. They are the kings of saying that's not my job and leaving you hanging. Email through them is far from acceptable.

You have many options for Hosting services, this should not be on your short list. Do your due diligence.

When I spoke with WebHostingpad they were very helpful with my query. I am not a computer techie and therefore need things explained to me in a simple, easy to understand manner. Fortunately the person I spoke with was able to accomodate my questions in a very clear, easy to understand manner and was very patient with me. Thank you for your assistance.

The admin team are very helpful and patient. I have been dealing with them for sometime now and they are also courteous when I ask dumb questions. Great host and great team.

We had an issue retrieving email for our account. I opened a chat session to find out about the problem. We had some sort of attempt to access the account with incorrect PW too many times and it locked the account. I verified we changed the password, the lock was released and it worked great once again. It is good to see the system locks accounts when it appears fraudulent activity is happening. It is also nice to get it unlocked with relative ease.

WebHostingPad rocks! I had an issue with one of my websites settings. I got on Chat with "Ron" who was fantastic! Within a couple minutes he figured out what I needed and gave me easy-to-follow instructions and got it fixed! It is SO NICE to deal with Support people that know what they are doing, and Ron is/was great!

I'm no stranger to customer service. I've been in the industry for 30 yrs.

Yesterday I was trying to attach 2 domains to my account. The domain name company would help, the SSL company did have a chat on a community for help.

But webhostingpad had a chat and both Henry and Jeremy were very helpful. Each worked on one of the domains and finally, after 16 hours of trying to resolve the issue with different providers, both domains are up and active.

I just want to say "thank you" to Henry, Jeremy and the webhostingpad team.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the customer service.

They corrected my mistakes with care, respect and speed.

I am not satisfied with WebHostingPad, Compare to other hosting companies,

you do not maintain free Backup, Free SSL certificate for domains & sub-domains, and free Automatic Daily Malware Scan to server. Costing also high.

I had an issue with logging into my cPanel so I reached out to support via chat. I was answered in less than a minute by Neal. He was polite, immediately understood the issue, and had it resolved in less than five minutes. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend Web Hosting Pad for anyone who needs website hosting services!

I have been a customer since early 2012, when I created a website for my husband's hobby-business. This week, after looking at over 20 hosting companies, I moved a 501c website to them. I have used their tech support several times over the years, but especially this week as I needed help with the move. Their responses are quick and helpful. Their prices are excellent. I'm in a shared account, and it includes free SSL and a Weebly website builder among other things.

Discovered a directory had been moved, I still don't know how I did that, but never the less it wasn't where it was supposed to be and I was off-line. A disaster in the making was averted by Ron who solved my problem in jig-time! Many thanks!

I had forgotten my password due to a migration of 31,000 files on my system. I asked for help and got it very fast.

My issue has been resolved on the spot.

My experience with Jacob was extraordinary for the typical support received on WHP support chat. Most of the time when I use the chat, I get more frustrated than I was before I chatted because the agents are not helpful, they treat me as if they don't care whether my 3 sites hosted by WHP are live or not. They frequently don't "understand" what help I am asking for, language barrier??? THANK YOU JACOB!
