I like the system. Saves me the hassle of going to the pharmacy, trying to park, queuing etc. I like the reminders and the simplicity of re-ordering my meds. I'm very happy to continue using Well.

Great service

Great service, but the app lets it down for me! Can't change personal details without creating a new account. No gripes about the delivery service tho as the meds always arrive when asked for. 👍🏻

I’m now changing from Well due to their


I’m now changing from Well due to their very slow deliveries. My latest order has been with them 7 days now, it was sent from my GP 7 days ago and they are still preparing it to send 7 days later.. you will note my highlighting 7 DAYS. It’s ridiculous. Once they send it they use Royal (snail) mail 2 day service which always takes 4 days minimum. I would avoid them. They are too big and don’t seem to care about the individual. You get little or no feedback from them. I am now out of medication due to this.
