It is now 10days since my GP signed my prescription and I paid online for it. It has still not arrived. This is not what the website says which is delivery in 2-4 days which I feel is disingenuous.

Excessively slow, cost the NHS more because of delays, will never use again
Pretty poor experience. Signed up, found out that their app didn't work with my GP (not their fault, fair enough) and that my local Well pharmacy has no access to the online Well pharmacy system (weird, but fine). So I re-nominated my local Well pharmacy.
All of the above is a 3 star experience.
What happened to make it a 1 star experience is that the online Well Pharmacy snatched away my nomination to themselves and took my regular prescription. They then took 7 days to deliver it - about 5 days more than my local pharmacy, an unexpected and unacceptable delay that forced me to get an Emergency Prescription to cover me, at extra cost to the NHS and extra hassle to me.
Customer support offered no support, taking literal days to reply to simple questions, then offering no form of apology or compensation or even acknowledgment of their issue.
I strongly urge everyone to instead find a local pharmacy that offers delivery, which is quite easy to do for many people.
Edit to respond to Well's reply: I made the nomination to you. I tried an order through your app. The order failed. So I re-nominated my previous pharmacy, and after a few days after they confirmed I was registered with them I ordered my repeat prescription via the NHS app. In that time you must have re-processed my nomination, as the prescription went to you.
Your own app and website says dispatch is 2-4 days. It wasn't. It took a week to get here as I mentioned. You say you recommend that orders are made 2 weeks in advance, but that was never communicated to me, at any point in signing up.
You took a prescription you shouldn't have, you took longer than you said you would to deliver it, you caused me inconvenience and caused the NHS cost, and now you have the cheek to try to subtly shift the blame onto me.
By the way, my local pharmacy was also a Well pharmacy. How can they be the same brand, even using the same labels and label printers, probably using the same system, and yet you guys take 4+ days to process a prescription, and the local pharmacy can do nothing to help if signed up for the online one? There's no excuse.

I am questioning whether âWELLâ is a reliable enough service for the future.
When the medication is in stock, the service is brilliant. But I donât want the hassle of switching pharmacies.

Packaging inadequate
Package arrived the next day as expected so no problem there. However one of the 2 cold bags had split and soaked everything. A bit concerning as it was in the very hot weather and the medication needed to be kept cold.I am just hoping that the one cold bag which stayed intact although completely defrosted was sufficient. I emailed my concern but no response.
