Good price, speedy delivery.

The price was the best I could find and it was delivered in two days

Easy to use, prompt delivery.
I come to Well, from different provider, who made it harder, not easier.

Order dealt with promptly, and once relevant medical questions checked, quick delivery. Happy with service.

I’m now changing from Well due to their very slow deliveries. My latest order has been with them 7 days now, it was sent from my GP 7 days ago and they are still preparing it to send 7 days later.. you will note my highlighting 7 DAYS. It’s ridiculous. Once they send it they use Royal (snail) mail 2 day service which always takes 4 days minimum. I would avoid them. They are too big and don’t seem to care about the individual. You get little or no feedback from them. I am now out of medication due to this.

I’ve always had great service from well, whether in store or my medications sent by post. The app is simple to use too.

The steps were easy to follow, I’m very anxious on video calls but the man who did my video call assessment was very nice.
It was shipped with Next day delivery and even when I missed the parcel and it got redelivered later in the afternoon the special cooling packaging they use kept it cold the entire time.

I like the system. Saves me the hassle of going to the pharmacy, trying to park, queuing etc. I like the reminders and the simplicity of re-ordering my meds. I'm very happy to continue using Well.

Wells online was great no issue for months I don’t know what has changed last few months terrible service even receiving someone else medication from a different chemist via wells will not be using moving forward medication to important to be messed up each month the app shows all orders as cancelled either that or some days I have no orders

Easy to use website and the product arrived on time.

Avoid unless you want to run out of medicine with no reply from them. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If, like me, you are forced to endure the NHS only issuing one month prescription at a time then avoid this service. They have now had a prescription for 10 days and it has not yet been dispatched. Have they not got the medicine? Is there an issue? Who knows. They have AI bot responding which says it will pass to a team but never does. No contact. No medicine.

First time using Well Pharmacy. Found the app easy to use and Well Pharmacy did well in my first postal prescription 😀👍

easy site to use, and quick service which saves me from having to visit my local chemist only to find my medication has not been processed.
